- 4 juicy ripe red tomatoes,
- 1 cucumber,
- 1 red or white onion,
- 1 green pepper,
- 10 Greek olives,
- 150 gr Greek Feta cheese,
- 5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, salt and dried oregano.
Cut the tomatoes into 4 or 8 pieces. Peel the cucumber and then cut into
thin slices. Slice the onion into rings. Slice the pepper into rings. Place them all in a large salad dish. Add the olives, the olive oil, and salt. Finally, place on top the Feta cheese, add the oregano. Serve and enjoy.
